 Modular construction continues to be the better way when it comes to space solutions. For instance, when faced with a growing business and the need to create even more office space, Sherry Smith at Roler was determined to avoid the typical messy drywall dust and long delays associated with conventional construction. Sherry turned to Provincial Partitions to provide not only a modular System 40 In Plant office, but also an executive office expansion along with modular wire partitions for document storage. When the pre-assembled modular building is delivered on site, attached to the existing school structure, and then bricked in to match the current look and feel. We're right in the middle of completing such a building here in Oakville, to be delivered later this month to a school in northern Ontario. This will provide an additional 4,500 square feet of classroom space. We've done similar projects like this in the past.

 Exopack Uses System 40 Double-Decker In Plant Office For Lunchroom And Storage
Needing to separate and safely isolate a lunchroom for their staff in Toronto, Exopack's busy manufacturing facility needed to convert limited space into both a storage facility and a future lunchroom. The staff at Provincial Partitions provided a customized System 40 In Plant Office to accommodate the client's specific requirements - ensuring that the new structure fit snugly against existing plant walls.  When is a school portable not a school portable?
When it's modular, delivered pre-assembled and then finished with brick to make it look like part of the existing structure. The Ecole Publique Le Couer Du Nord in Kapuskasing, northern Ontario, recently turned to Provincial Partitions to create an extension to their existing school - but - without the disruption caused when using conventional construction. Modular construction is currently underway at Provincial Partitions plant in Oakville and will be complete when the modular units are shipped, reassembled and then bricked in on site. (more...)
