Variety, flexibility and the ability to deliver quickly are what keep Provincial Partitions on the leading edge. This past month has been a busy one seeing the delivery and installation that virtually showcases our product line and capabilities. For the Atomic Energy of Canada Limited we completed a doublewide trailer that is being outfitted here in Mississauga, which will then be disassembled, shipped to Nova Scotia, and reassembled later by a Provincial Partitions team on location. We also provided a knockdown code-compliant smoke shelter for a local condominium developer here in Toronto for installation on the 8th floor. The components were easily transported to the rooftop using only the condo service elevator. Recently, knockdown components enabled us to assist BHP Billiton Diamonds by shipping in kit form a 10'X15' System 40 Control Room to Yellowknife, NWT via an ice road. We helped Jay Cooke of HTS Communications create new storage space within a limited warehouse facility at their corporate location in Newmarket using standard Mezzanine components. Currently under construction, and in the shop right now, is an explosion proof building being readied for delivery to the City of Toronto. Our solutions continue to illustrate the real advantage that modular construction has over conventional building methods.
It seems you have recognized the advantages and Provincial Partitions is proud to report that we are continuing to expand our capabilities. To accommodate the growing demand for our extensive product offering we have opened a second manufacturing facility here in Mississauga. Ryan Rocha has been promoted to Plant Manager at this new facility where he has also been assigned to supervise quality control. I would like also to take this opportunity to introduce and welcome Phillip McVeigh to our sales team. With the success of this past year, and all indications pointing toward rapid growth, we are still looking for additional sales people here at Provincial Partitions.  AECL Turns To Provincial Partitions For A Unique Doublewide Trailer Application
Portability was critical for AECL's modular space requirements. Needing to construct a remote control booth for a nuclear facility in Nova Scotia, AECL turned to Provincial Partitions to provide a fully transportable doublewide trailer. Assembled and retrofitted with extensive sophisticated computer hardware at AECL headquarters in Mississauga, the trailer is being readied for eventual disassembly and transportation to Nova Scotia. A crew from Provincial Partitions will assist in the reconstruction of the doublewide trailer when the units are eventually shipped to the Nuclear Power Plant. (more...)
 HTS Communications Relies On Provincials' Expertise And Goes With Patented System 40 Mezzanine Storage Platform
Jay Cooke of HTS Communications in Newmarket turned to Provincial Partitions for advice on how best to create new storage space within a limited warehouse facility at their corporate location in Newmarket. "When we originally contacted Provincial Partitions," said Jay Cooke, President of HTS Communications, "we had a problem with expansion and were desperate to find a solution."  Knockdown Smoke Shelter Easily Assembled And Installed On Local Condo Rooftop.
A local condominium developer needed a smoke shelter that met two specific requirements. First, it had to accommodate Ontario's new Smoke Free Act code, and second, it had to be easily assembled and installed on a condominium rooftop. The first requirement was easy because Provincial Partitions Ltd. has re-engineered its entire Smoke Shelter lineup to accommodate the new code requirements in Ontario. Second, rooftop installation was made possible by creating a knockdown version that not only easily assembled on location but also transported to the rooftop using standard service elevators.  Provincial Partitions Expands And Opens Second Plant In Mississauga
Provincial Partitions has expanded and opened a second 28,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Mississauga. Operational for more than a month now, Plant 2 is currently manufacturing Factory Built Prefabricated Structures including: Our Standard: WFI/WFE/SFI/SFE Buildings, Portable Classrooms and Storage Buildings.
